Here is the incarnations of Gods in the Ramayana according to the tradition followed and explained by Dr. K. N. Rao (very popular in Jyotish & Purāṇic interpretation). He repeatedly explains that Ramayana is a cosmic drama where almost every major character is a divine incarnation, not random humans.
